What bloggin’ is really about
Since the inception of this blog I have been writing about ways to better monetize your blog, market your blog, technically improve your blog, and so on… Today I decided I want to do the thing that is most important to truly making your blog successful, I want to lead by example, I wanna write about something I truly love. Photography. I am after all, also a professional photographer (I bet you didn’t know that).
Some of my readers may wonder why I would deviate from my main topic and I will tell you why, keep it interesting and write about the things you love. And that single phrase is what will make or break your blog. In fact I can’t say it enough, keep it interesting and write about the things you love. It will be evident in your writing and your readers will appreciate it. That in turn will keep ‘em coming back, and that in turn is what make a blog successful.
And yes, I do realize by giving this advice that in reality I’m not really writing about photography, I’m still writing about how to get the most out of your blog (I didn’t say I was actually going to write about photography in this post, did I?
).
My point being that even this blog needs to mix it up a bit, all blogs do. So, in the future and moving forward I will be posting little blurbs about photography. Maybe a beautiful photo I recently took, maybe a link to a beautiful photo I’ve seen, maybe a simple technique to help you take a beautiful photo yourself. Who knows, I guess you’ll just have to wait and see.
‘Till then keep coming back and keep you heart true to what inspires you, keeps you happy, and finds you joy. With that you will always find success.
Alright, here’s a photo for ya - I can’t leave you hanging…

Ty, finally at your site again. That’s a beautiful picture. Write small blogs about your photography also.
