A tragic story that breaks my heart
One of the online communities I’m active in is Entrecard.com. A community of bloggers and a group of people that as whole are always quick to help others. One of the members is a blogger known as Foolsville, and authors a blog aptly called, Foolsville.net.
Well this fool ain’t no fool and I’m a fan of his blog. Today there was a post that I thought should be passed on. I ask you to pass it on to0. Email it, post it, whatever, just help spread the word.
Fool received an email from a fellow entrecarder with a plea for help. You see, the email fool received was
from a man who’s baby girl is battling Neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is a cancer of specialized nerve cells, called neural crest cells. These cells are involved in the development of the nervous system and other tissues. It is very rare, deadly, and expensive to treat.
While it is expensive to treat, it can be treated and Serena’s Family needs your help. Please visit Serena’s page to learn more about this deadly disease and what you can do to help. If you are unable to donate any money to help, please re-post this and help by spreading the word.
Just take a minute and think if you were in this situation how much it would mean to you to receive help from total strangers. Well, you have the chance to do just that - so do it! ![]()
If you liked this post,do me a favor and
Stumble it! Thanks!

She will be in my prayers as well and if I can donate I will. There are so many good causes out there. I myself am walking in the Relay for Life and recently put together a video project of photos of hope for a family who’s father is dying of cancer. And when I asked for mere photos, no money, I got a rather poor showing. There are just too many good causes. I hope that all will work out well for little Serena.
